RiverHouse is a community and clubhouse for Denver women looking for deeper connections, more joy and fulfillment, and a sense of belonging
We were never meant to live so much of our lives alone.
Life is so much more vibrant when you have supportive women to go through it with.
But so many of us have moved away from friends, live alone, work remotely, and find it challenging to find the women we connect with.
There’s so much going on, going to another event or Bumble BFF date and giving the nutshell version of yourself over and over can feel draining.
That’s why RiverHouse was created.
Women need a place where…
we can just “be” with other women. Where we don’t need to schedule another event or coffee date into our busy lives, we can go hangout like we would at a girlfriend’s house - messy buns and sweats included.
Where you can come do a little craft, read a book, have a conversation, watch Love Island drinking hot cocoa, play a board game, or even just lay on the couch and doom scroll, we’re here for it all.

One of the most important parts of RHSC is that you can be here on your own terms, not just for events. We will have at least 4 days a week where we’re open for you to come hangout

A place to get to know other members, have live gatherings and workshops, make plans, share great things in the area and more. Hosted on the Heartbeat Chat app (and desktop).

This is where you will find the other women who love doing what you love. Think hiking group, book club, mom’s group, entrepreneurs group, etc.
These will have separate chats and meetups based on that groups needs! -
Join a group of 13 women who meet weekly for 8 weeks to connect a little deeper

Learn something fun or a new skill. Think crocheting, self defense, social media, manifestation, just about anything!

Craft nights, potlucks, clothing swaps, holiday parties, etc.

Escape rooms, Christmas Markets, speakeasys, yoga, etc.

What’s Included in Membership?
Our First
Clubhouse!
It may not look like much now, but this space is going to be SO cozy. We’re going to redo the floors, get lots of great furniture, decor, rugs and lighting.
And of course I’ll share the whole journey!
The plan for the clubhouse is to make it an easy place to go hangout regularly. To make it easy for the women of Denver, we’ll eventually have multiple clubhouses in different areas, so you don’t have to go far.
Our first location is in Arvada. It’s a cozy space with plenty of parking. There are 3 areas which will serve different purposes.
The main area will have desks and tables for computer work, conversations, crafts, games, etc. It will also have a little area for tea/coffee and snacks.
One of the rooms will be more of a lounge/movie room and have a couch, a projector, pillows, blankets, etc.
The other room will be a more open gathering space for cohorts and small interest groups. It will also serve as a flexible space for yoga, meditation, or whatever else we dream up!

I've dreamed of something like RHSC for over 7 years. I'm an only child and I've moved around a lot and have struggled to find deep connections and community as an adult. I went to church with friends as a teenager and loved how connected people seemed there. Church wasn't for me, but I've been looking for a strong community like it since then.
I joined a sorority in college thinking that was the answer, but never truly found my place there. Moving to different cities I went to events to meet people (and even lived in an artist commune in LA - where I did actually find solid community), but it was sometimes hard to maintain new connections (like at what point are we friends who can just go into each other's fridges without asking?)
Anyway, all of these experiences led me to creating a space where women can connect deeply, not have to awkwardly mix and mingle at events, form friendships over time, and find support for the challenges of life.
I’ve been in Colorado for a year and a half now, and I can’t wait to find my people here (maybe that’s you!)
